the twin room was nice and very clean. the bed was super comfy! the location is perfect, right in the center, and the hotel looked tidy all around. my husband said he enjoyed the breakfast. the friendly staff made our stay even better. guests really appreciated the fitness center too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it was just a few steps away from Bournemouth Beach and the beautiful Bournemouth Parks, making my city strolls incredibly easy and delightful.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We explored Poole Harbour and enjoyed golfing, which was a blast. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of options to fuel our day. The staff were super helpful, making us feel right at home.

One downside was the lack of adequate parking. a friend had to park off-site after finding the hotel's lot full, which was stressful.

The room itself was clean, spacious enough, and had great amenities like a kettle and various plug sockets. I appreciated the daily towel changes too. However, the air conditioning didn't function properly. it felt quite stuffy at times. The parking situation was decent but had some tight spots, which could be tricky. Overall, the lack of ventilation in the rooms could be a concern for longer stays.

I had a delightful stay with my partner during a sunny weekend. The breakfast buffet impressed us with a variety of fresh options. The staff were exceptionally helpful. one young lady went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Remember to bring your own water bottles!

The location shines, just a five-minute walk from the beach and the vibrant town square. My room was tidy with a surprisingly good sea view on the fifth floor. peaceful and quiet. Breakfast exceeded expectations with diverse options, all delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff who created a welcoming atmosphere. parking posed a challenge. Limited spaces meant a bit of a scramble to find a spot. The shared car park with the Hilton made it even trickier. One downside I faced was the TV volume being quite low, making it hard to hear clearly. Despite these small hiccups, I truly enjoyed my stay here.
